Schools out and the Class of 2018 has graduated and is moving on up! For one Senior, Kohner, the school year finished on an exceptionally high note. This young man loves to run and he proved it when he broke four (4!) records for the Winters High School track team (two of which were his own!). He first broke the 400m record at the beginning of the season and then broke his own record two more times! Kohner also helped the track team accomplish a new record in the 4x400m relay. He is currently ranked 1st in the 400m and 800m plus he has made it to the Nationals 5 times! This guy is FAST! But more on those accomplishments later.
When I met Kohner the first thing I noticed about him was his smile. He is always smiling! This guy is easy going and comfortable in front of the camera (if he wasn’t he never let on) which isn’t typical for most people. He exudes confidence without being arrogant and you can’t help but like him immediately. In fact, I think he is quite popular because as we were shooting a few people saw him as they passed by and hollered out his name! We had a fun session (even with a few sprinkles) capturing his relaxed style and huge smile plus a few styled track pics to remember those ‘glory days’.

Special Awards: Football – Coach Dunbar Award Track – Athlete of the Year & Coaches Award
College: Grandview university majoring in early childhood development w/ a minor in History (his goal is to teach History)
Fav Food: waffles, spaghetti & meatballs, fried chicken
Likes: he likes to spend his free time relaxing, hanging out with family & friends, and his interests include animals and super heroes
